Order Processing Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times We offer FREE shipping on all orders. Standard delivery takes 10-15 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and any unforeseen carrier delays.

Why the wait? We work directly with our manufacturing partners to keep prices low and pass the savings on to you — including free shipping. This means slightly longer delivery times than overnight retailers, but a much better price for the same quality product.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Shipping Delays While we do everything we can to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to:

• Customs processing (international orders)
• Weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions
• High-volume sale periods

Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect packages once they've shipped, and orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur a re-shipping fee.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll either send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.
